Here are the three reasons we are not in a housing crisis:
- The market today is very different than it was in 2008. Experts are saying this is a momentary event for us and not a financial collapse.
- Recessions do not equal a housing crisis. In three of the last five recessions in our country, home values actually appreciated.
- We are confident about what we know. We don’t know how long this will last, but we do know that it WILL end.
